Maintenance/Handyman

Requirements
This fantastic career opportunity for a Maintenance / Handyperson
> Day-to-day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
> Having a trade skill i.e. joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
> Must enjoy decorating and day-to-day maintenance of buildings.
This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
> Excellent organisational and co-ordination.
> A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
> The ability to work independently.
> Must own a vehicle
> Must have a clean DBS
