Burlington is a happy place that is calm and caring. All the staff are kind, and caring and bring fun into the residents' lives. The food is good. The nursing staff are excellent. Management goes above and beyond ensuring staff have ongoing training and everyone from those in the kitchen, cleaners, maintenance 
and carters just ooze love and care. It's a joy to visit Burlington and my son is happy which matters most of all.

My dad is so happy at Burlington Nursing & Residential Home, I could not wish for a better place for him. Since the new manager has taken over the home, the improvement has gone from a 5 to 10 out of 10 plus in all aspects. The food is so good and my dad, albeit he has dementia and was a very fussy 
eater, absolutely eats everything now. The staff are very welcoming, polite and caring to all residents and family who visit. I hope all this continues for the future.

I cannot say enough about this care home. It is like a home from home. I was so worried about my mum having to go into a nursing home but she has been at Burlington Nursing & Residential Home for eleven months now and gets such wonderful care. The carers are second to none and know how to cope with 
residents' different needs so well. The management team, kitchen staff (lovely food), housekeeping and maintenance are brilliant too. You are made to feel very welcome when visiting and are always able to speak to the manager or assistant manager. My mum is very happy here.
